Design Room provides creative and technical services aimed at delivering high-quality digital content and visualizations. By entering into a service agreement, you agree to provide accurate project details and necessary resources to facilitate project completion.
2. Project Scope & Revisions
The scope of work and deliverables will be defined in the project agreement. Any additional work or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees. Clients are responsible for providing feedback within the project timeline to ensure timely completion.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and digital assets created by Design Room remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose. Design Room retains the right to use project samples for marketing and portfolio purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Payments & Fees
A project deposit is required before work begins. Full payment is due upon delivery of the final product unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur penalties.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is canceled after work has commenced, a cancellation fee will apply based on the amount of work completed. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Design Room, depending on the stage of the project.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project strictly confidential, unless permission is granted to disclose such information.
7. Liability
Design Room is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive for excellence, you agree that the final responsibility for checking and approving the work lies with you.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement for any reason with reasonable notice. Any outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date will still be due.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the agreement will be settled in accordance with local jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
Design Room reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
